Soul Creativity at the Beach
This May join us on the Outer Banks in Duck, North Carolina for a weeklong small group creative retreat.
Retreat leaders Ginny Sassaman and Anne Connor invite you to immerse yourself in your own creative passion. Whether you are a working artist (think broadly here: singer, songwriter, seamstress, furniture maker, writer, composer, business developer, interior designer, etc.) or someone trying to tap into your creativity, we have created a supportive, flexible and fun environment for you to follow your own muse for one special week.
Included: accommodations, three meals a day, creativity workshops and activities, daily yoga and meditation, materials for playful impromptu projects, and group facilitation of an evening circle to share creative exploration.
Duck can get crowded in the summer but our Soul Creativity Retreat is schedueld for May 7 - 14, 2011 - before school is out and families arrive. If it's not quite hot enough to swim in the ocean yet, no worries, we have a heated pool! The charming whimsical house has plenty of shared and private space: spacious decks, screened porch, colorful dining room and a kitchen that is a cook's dream. As for bedrooms there are six, many with private baths. The retreat begins on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. and goes through Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.
Experts say that the very best way to maximize your vacation happiness is by savoring your plans in advance. A $400.00 deposit will save your space - and give you plenty of time to anticipate a sunny creative vaction at the beach.
Prices range from $750.00 - $875.00 for the week.
